Keene, NH- The Keene State College Owls Men’s Ice Hockey Club announced its leadership group on Saturday. The team will be led by club President Will Slohm and team captain Anthony Federico. Slohm is a junior goaltender from Cape Coral, Florida. Federico is a senior from Londonderry, New Hampshire and also serves as the club’s treasurer.
Callan Thompson and Ryan Tobeler will be the team’s alternate captains. Thompson is a junior forward from Glastonbury, Connecticut. Tobeler, also a junior forward, hails from Bow, NH.
Head Coach Bobby Rodrigue praised the captains on Saturday, “These guys are great leaders and the team is really connected with them; they will continue a strong tradition of great leadership within our club. We’re anxious to see what the team can accomplish together.”
Keene State will open the 2022-2023 campaign on Friday, September 30th, hosting Southern New Hampshire University at 7:45pm at Keene ICE.
